Terms of Use

Use of the service

DreamScape is a personal wellness and creative tool. You must be 18 or older to use it. You are responsible for the content you create, and you agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.

Subscriptions

Pro plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Intellectual property

The DreamScape application, design, and code are owned by Will Melton. The narratives you generate from your own answers belong to you.

Limitation of liability

DreamScape is not a medical, therapeutic, or psychological service. It is a creative and personal development tool. Use it accordingly and seek professional help if you need it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
